Warm-Up

5 ballsGrip the club at a 4 out of 10. Waggle twice before each shot. Maintain soft hands.
Half Swings
10 ballsSmooth 7-iron half swings. Feel connected arms and body turning together.
Focus: Soft hands, quiet wrists
Path & Face Work
15 minOpen Stance Drill
10 ballsAim your feet 15 yards left. Swing along your body line. This promotes a slight fade path.
Hold the Finish Drill
10 ballsSwing to a full finish and hold for 3 seconds. The clubface should point to the sky, not wrapped around your body.
Focus: Hold the face open through impact
Release Control
12 minLead Hand Only
10 ballsHit chip shots with your lead hand only. Prevents the trail hand from flipping the club over.
Towel Under Trail Arm
10 ballsTuck a towel under your trail arm. If it drops, your arms are separating and the club is closing too fast.
Focus: Lead the swing with your body turn
Full Swing Integration
10 minFade Targets
10 ballsPick a target 10 yards left. Try to hold the ball straight or fade it gently. Start with 7-iron.
Focus: Body rotates past the ball
Short Game
10 minDistance Control Chips
5 eachChip to 3 different distances: 10, 20, and 30 feet. Match swing length to each distance.
Focus: Control distance with backswing length
Cool-Down
5 minSoft Fades
5 ballsHit 5 gentle fade shots. Celebrate the ones that hold their line. This is your new shot shape.
