5 ballsPlace a stick on the ground along your target line. Hit 5 easy 7-iron shots and note ball flight.
Grip Audit
3 checksCheck lead hand shows 2-3 knuckles. Trail hand sits on the side, not on top. Hold for 10 seconds.
Focus: Diagnose your starting point
Path Training
15 minInside-Out Gate Drill
15 ballsSet two tees 6 inches apart, angled slightly right of target. Swing through the gate without hitting the tees.
Drop-Kick Drill
10 ballsStart with the club behind your body. Step and swing — impossible to come over the top from this position.
Focus: Feel the hands drop in transition
Release Training
12 minSplit-Grip Drill
10 ballsSeparate your hands on the grip by 2 inches. Swing and feel the trail hand roll over the lead through impact.
Baseball Swings
10 swingsSwing the club horizontally like a baseball bat. Feel the rotation and release. Gradually lower to the ball.
Focus: The trail hand crosses over the lead
Integration
10 minDraw Targets
10 ballsPick a target 10 yards right and try to curve the ball back to center. Start with 7-iron, then move to driver.
Focus: Start right, curve it back
Short Game
10 minUp-and-Down Challenge
10 ballsDrop balls in 5 different spots around the green. Chip and putt — track how many you get up and down.
Focus: Visualize the shot before you hit
Cool-Down
5 minSmooth Driver Swings
5 ballsHit 5 drivers at 70% effort with your new inside path. Focus on the feel, not the result.
